From observation to a usable record

Know how many. See where.
Keep the record.

01 / COUNT

A documented baseline

A count of deer observed during the survey window helps support habitat decisions, harvest planning, and comparisons with future surveys.

02 / MAP

Locations you can revisit

Geotagged observations are delivered in a KML mapping file for compatible mapping software, so you can review where wildlife was documented.

03 / REVIEW

Results you can reference

A company-issued herd census certificate records the survey. Standard adds the buck-to-doe ratio; Premium also includes geotagged buck photographs.

A survey documents animals observed; it does not guarantee a complete property population count. Vegetation, weather, terrain, and animal movement affect what can be detected and classified.

your property.

  2. Choose the scope. We will discuss your package, optional wildlife observations, access, and custom quote.
  3. Confirm a survey window.Flight scheduling follows weather and field conditions. Then review the observations and deliverables from your survey.
What information do you need for a quote?

Provide your name, phone, email, property location, acreage, estimated timber and pine coverage, high-fence status, preferred package, and any additional species you want documented. The packet includes fillable forms to organize these details.

How far ahead can I schedule?

Surveys are scheduled no more than three days in advance. Overcast daytime conditions are preferred, and the pilot may reschedule for weather or field conditions. You can contact us earlier to discuss your property and survey goals.

Can you document wildlife besides deer?

Yes. Optional observations may include turkey, black bear, coyote, and feral hogs. Discuss the species and desired geotagging or imagery when requesting your quote. Documentation depends on what is observed during the survey.

How do I use the mapping file?

The geotagged mapping deliverable is a KML file. Open or import it in compatible mapping software to review documented wildlife locations alongside your property information.

When is payment due?

Payment is due when your survey deliverables are provided. Accepted methods listed in the packet are cash, Venmo, credit card, and PayPal.
